The Procon IQ team is experienced in planning, controlling and governance of complex and large projects. Members of the team have designed and implemented Project Controls Frameworks, organizations and systems for power, telecommunications, airports, rail systems and other transportation and infrastructure projects in the public and private sector. In addition, we have provided Project Controls and Risk Management training to staff at various levels within construction services and client organizations.
Finally, we have worked in numerous capacities on multiple engineering and construction projects. This experience gives us a boots-on-the-ground understanding of the day-to-day reality of how construction programs are executed, from the proposal and engineering phases all the way out to construction and commissioning.
